A.L.C. accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 21 days of the original ship date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, including the packing slip, and affix the pre-paid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
